What One More Book is
One More Book is a curated reading room for children’s books. We help you discover, browse and choose titles, and we point you onward to places that sell them. Everything here — the shelves, the notes, the suggestions — is guidance to help you choose. The grown-up always decides what’s right for their child.
Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, search and share links to anything you find. Please don’t misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload or disrupt it, no bulk-scraping or copying the library wholesale, and no using it unlawfully.
Our content
The curation, editorial notes, design and arrangement of the reading room are ours, and are protected by copyright. Book titles, cover images and author names belong to their respective owners; we show them to help you recognise and find the books. You may link to our pages, but please don’t reproduce the curated content as your own.
Affiliate links
Some onward “buy” links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them. It never costs you more, and it never changes what we recommend — we only ever link to books we’d have pressed into your hands anyway.
No guarantees
We choose with care, but the reading room is provided “as is”. Recommendations, age guidance and any sensitivity notes are our honest best judgement to help you choose — not a guarantee that a given book suits a given child. You know your reader; the final call is yours. We don’t warrant that the site will always be available, accurate or error-free.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from books you choose through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update the reading room and these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it last changed shown above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute falls to the courts of England & Wales.
