Kitty Capers: A Peanut, Butter & Crackers Story
Book 5 of 5 in Peanut, Butter & CrackersView the full series
A forthcoming fifth adventure that shifts focus strongly towards Butter the cat and the tension between wanting peace and missing your noisy friends. Looks like another accessible, funny pet graphic novel for early readers.

What’s it about?
The story.
Butter wants some quiet time away from dogs. Crackers and Peanut are having lots of fun, and making lots of noise, so Butter finds what looks like the perfect peaceful spot in a neighbour's garden. But when it starts raining and he slips inside the warm, dry house, things do not go quite as planned. Before long, Butter begins to realise that peace and quiet may not be as satisfying as he expected, and that he might actually miss those pesky dogs. As the fifth graphic-novel adventure, Kitty Capers appears to keep the series' familiar 128-page format, pet-eye humour and reader friendliness.

Why kids love it
The specific weight is missing the noise — Butter the cat finding the perfect quiet spot in a neighbour's garden, getting trapped inside their warm house when it rains, slowly realising he actually misses the pesky dogs. The Peanut, Butter & Crackers shifted to Butter's point of view.
